Licensed Industrial Electrician

Guelph Office | Full-Time

Position Summary

We are hiring a full-time 309A Licensed Industrial Electrician for industrial electrical installation, troubleshooting, and safety compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, examine, and repair wiring, conduits, feeders, and receptacles.
  • Interpret electrical drawings and code specifications.
  • Design safety circuits and control systems.
  • Program PLCs and HMIs.
  • Support Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews (PHSRs).

Qualifications

  • 309A License
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with:
    • CAT III/IV safety circuits
    • PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Pilz)
    • AutoCAD Electrical
    • Robotics, CNC, pneumatics & hydraulics
  • Knowledge of CSA Z432/Z434/Z142 & OHSA Section 7
  • Fluent in English, with a valid G driver’s license

Project Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with excellent multitasking skills and a proven ability to manage multiple technical projects while ensuring client satisfaction and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with both internal teams and clients
  • Understand client needs and gather required documentation at project startup
  • Schedule site visits and team resources efficiently
  • Track project milestones and proactively manage timelines
  • Maintain constant communication with clients throughout project lifecycle
  • Monitor vendor orders and manage material availability
  • Report regularly to senior management on project status

Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification
  • Engineering or technical degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a project management role
  • Experience with manufacturing and automated machinery preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an asset
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean record

Automation Safety Technician

Position Summary

Join our electrical engineering team to support equipment safety upgrades, installations, and commissioning. You’ll work on technical design, programming, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in project planning and implementation
  • Ensure equipment meets CSA, OSHA, and Electrical Safety Code standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve safety issues
  • Perform machine backups and updates
  • Complete on-site installations and modifications
  • Support safety PLC design and control systems

Qualifications

  • 3-year diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology
  • Electrical Technician/Technologist certificate or trade license
  • Experience in:
    • Safety PLC programming (Sick, Omron)
    • Ethernet and TCP/IP networking
